Return Eligibility and Conditions
At HYDROJUG, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, products must meet all these criteria:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Remain in original packaging, including all tags, parts, and materials.
- Be in a resalable condition for inspection upon receipt.
Returns that do not meet these requirements—such as items missing original boxes or showing signs of wear, damage, abuse, or alteration—will not be accepted for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-crafted items.
- Downloadable software or digital media.
- Gift certificates and gift cards.
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance.
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer neglect.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. Reach out immediately via email at maxduca422@gmail.com to request cancellation. After this window, orders will be processed and shipped.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
When returning items, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded. Please use a traceable shipping method to return your items to HYDROJUG.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned package, HYDROJUG will inspect the products to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to fully process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
